By Edwin Espejo
Young classical guitarist Jenny de Vera recently visited General Santos City for a workshop that attracted more than a handful of musicians and guitar lesson students.
A Davao resident but now living in Manila, Jenny awed participants with her depth of knowledge of her craft and silk-like smoothness of her fingers as she performed two classical pieces before...
Just some few notes:
1. I am in my 20's but it's okay if everybody thinks I'm not. lol
2. Dr. Lucrecia Kasilag composed or arranged only for guitar, I don't think she plays the instrument.
Anyway, we only talked for a few minutes during the Tropics Event. Thank you so much Edwin Espejo for writing an article about me. I was really excited when I first read this. Very well written.
