September born guitaristas

Aside from March, September is the birthday month for a lot of guitarists. Here are some photos of the joint birthday celebration of my teacher Prof. Lester Demetillo, Luthier Armando Derecho and guitarist Noel Mendez.

Happy Birthday also to UPGO's Jeann Rufo, Phil Valdez, Tomonori Arai, Gregg Nestor and Dr. Ace Agcaoili. :-)

Earlier that day, we went to see our friends from the Metropolitan Guitar Ensemble perform at the Ganda ng Pinas Photo Exhibit in Trinoma. =)
